No family doctor? No problem anyone with a valid OHIP Card can access healthcare. Be sure you bring:

• Valid health insurance card (OHIP card)
• List of current medications (If applicable)
• Private insurance information
• Current address, email address, phone number, emergency contact number

When Should You Use the Walk-In Clinic?

Our clinic is ideal for non-emergency, mild medical concerns, including:

• If you don’t have a family doctor
• If your family doctor is unavailable
• Prescription renewals
• Emergency contraception
• STI care, PrEP, and DoxyPEP
• Nausea, fevers, flu, and minor asthma symptoms
• Sick notes (must be diagnosed on-site)

If you have respiratory symptoms, please wear a mask

Note the Clinic Does Not Provide:

• Insurance form completion (e.g., WSIB, disability forms)
• Narcotic renewals
• Mental health counseling/psychotherapy
• Emergency services or urgent care
• Specialist referrals
