Due to overwhelming demand, we regret to inform you that the waiting list for rostering new patients to a family physician is now closed as it has reached maximum capacity.
We encourage you to check back periodically, as existing physicians may open roster spots and we continuously recruit new physicians to serve the Orleans area. As such, the waiting list will open again.
For those still without a physician, Centrum Pharmacy remains committed to supporting your healthcare needs with our wide range of Services. Our Saturday Walk-In Clinic and Minor Ailments Prescribing Services offer convenient access to professional healthcare.
To those fortunate enough to have registered on the waiting list as of 12:00 am midnight on November 6th, 2024, please rest assured that ALL your names will be forwarded to the clinic. It is up to the individual doctors to decide how many patients they will accept. You will be contacted directly by your new doctor’s office in the new year when the physician(s) that we have recruited start their practice(s) in Orleans.
Some of you have already transferred their prescriptions to Centrum Pharmacy. We extend our gratitude to you, and we eagerly anticipate the opportunity to care for you and your family.

However, we have shown proven success in matching patients with family doctors in the Orleans area. We are proud to say that through our efforts, thousands of citizens without a physician will now have access to family healthcare. At Centrum Pharmacy, the overwhelming majority of our patients have a family physician, many directly due to our efforts. If we are aware that any of our patients need a family doctor, we will immediately let them know. Either as soon as we recruit another physician to come practice in the Orleans area or as soon as we hear that a current physician is looking to add patients to their roster. This happens regularly and that’s how most of our patients have a doctor.
