Your name will be sent to the physician(s) when they open their rosters. The Physician’s office will contact you directly to set up an appointment. Centrum Pharmacy is not involved in the process once your name has been added to the physician(s) waitlist, we simply collect and forward ALL the names on the waitlist to the physician(s). Please be patient, due to high demand it may take several months for you to be contacted by the physician’s office. Please do not call to ask for the status of your request.
